Closed account still active on my report 🤬

I settled and FNB Temp Loan account in October 2021. After a good fight of trying to get that account removed from my active accounts, it was closed in January. Mysteriously this account reappears on my March report as Active!!!! Ive been sending emails, logging disputes, complaints… and was told the account will be gone on my April report. Guess what!? Account still there and ACTIVE!!! Queried all over again and was told the same nonsense… the account will be gone in your next month report. Dear Clearscore, my next report is in 10 days. That account should be gone. It should be closed. All documents have been sent countless times regarding this and I’m more than happy to provide them again. Just update the correct information!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
