Clearscore wrong information lead to 44 points dropped in my scoring

They dropped my credit score while I never missed any payments in the previous recent months and they added enquiries against me that I app**** last year, June others in August. And those applications that I made I was penalized for them last year yet they bringing thrm up again which dropped my credit scoring. They said mt nedbank credit card is in arrears while not, I am paying every month. My scoring dropped with 44 points, for something I do not know. Can they fix this asap.
