Clearscore not pulling correct data from Experian

I have on numerous occasions loged a query on clearscore wap page with no response for 2 months now. Now that my husband has app**** for a home loan the bank picked up that i am under debt review which i am not i have been cleared 05 May 2021. I know that clearscore pulls there data from Experian but on my profile with Experian it does not refect that i am under debt review. I have been on the phone this whole morning calling Experian but with no luck what so ever.

Because of clear score tbe banks are declining my husband home loan application cause we are married In community of property this is playing with my childerns place of safety my childerns home.

I need answers as to what is happening and why clear score is not pulling the correct information for my profile i have loged another call this morning with clear score
