clearscore no help

i have been having much difficulties logging or signing up into a ClearScore credit rating platform. for a very long long time to date. i recently went to their facebook page seeking assistance and found out that it is where other small rating companies go to fish for unsuspecting desperate clients whom want to use a very massively advertised credit rating company in South Africa and some even get these unsuspecting clients into debt review and start a new fight of getting out as they only needed to check their credit statuses but now are in a whole new problem. ClearScore has a very difficult platform to signup and use (speaking from experience) and offers a very very rare or none existent basic client care if there is one in our country of which i beg to differ. QUESTION: why a company that operates outside South Africa rates people from South Africa and never even care to take care of its client base by being difficult to contact in any manner that i have tried in the past few MONTHS to try and get help. SOLUTION: after goolging for other companies that are not advertised but are existent and contactable i found KUDOUGH and i am atleast releived that i can now freely be able to view my credit status from four 4 different credit rating platforms at one time and get advise from thereon. after many complaints i only got an email asking me to hold my ID in a selfie and drivers license and many other documents of which none of the rating platforms asked of me before. i really believe clearscore is a good company but in a wrong business. local is lekker.
