Clearscore is useless and no empathy for consumers

Someone **********ly opened MTN account using my name. I was shocked when I found that I have a "missed payment" on my credit report. I contacted MTN and I was told that I have to make an affidavit. I submitted all required documents to MTN and received a clearance letter which I submitted to Experia/Clearscore to clear my name. I requested clearscore to remove missed payment on my credit report. It has been almost a month and Clearscore has not been able to assist. They are just useless
