Clearscore is a useless company.

I have an account with Clearscore, I've been asking them to help me login but they say I'm using a different email to login which is an email I've never even used before, I've explained to them that I have never used the email they are talking about so can they delink it and use the one I'm using which is the only email I have, I have spoke to many different agents and they promise to get back to me but they don't, I sometimes feel like they don't help because I'm being profiled, they have an option to unsubscribe but when I try to use it, they ask me to login then unsubscribe which doesn't make sense for me because I can't login, I'm tired of receiving their emails because they can't even help me with a simple login query, I'm just being harrased by their useless emails and I need your help, maybe they might take me serious after all.
