Clearscore false advertising, better score, better deals doesn't help if you can't even create an account!!!!

How can something so basic like signing up or creating a "free" account be such an issue. I have tried signing up, put in all my details all for nothing because no activation email or confirmation has been sent after a month. Tried resetting my password and the website says email has been sent to god knows where because after a month I have not received anything, contacted support and best information I got was to try another device which I did and again another waste of time, so can somebody please assist me with something so basic like signing up?! So please tell me how can a reset password email be sent to an email that doesn't exist on your system???
