Hi Nokubonga,

When you access our offers, we want to make sure we're able to show you the most appropriate deals for you. In order for us to do that we need you to make sure all of the information showing on your report and registered in the ‘My Accounts' section, is accurate and up to date. This onus is entirely on you.
Banks and lenders ultimately make the decision of whether to accept or reject your application because they've their own additional checks and security measures that we can’t be sure you'll pass.

There are a few reasons why you might've been rejected: • You don’t meet the lender’s criteria.• You have a poor credit score.• There is a mistake in your report.
Whatever you do, try not to immediately apply for another credit account – this will decrease your credit score. Even people with the highest credit scores can get turned down for credit. The score is only a guide and not a guarantee that your credit applications will be successful. Some things that might be helpful to do, are:
  • Read through your credit report and try to find reasons why you might've been turned down.
  • Contact the lender that you app**** to for credit, as they may be able to provide more information about your application and why it was unsuccessful.
  • Check the information on your credit report is up-to-date and accurate.
Check our helpful guide on reasons why you might've been rejected for credit and what to do next.

I hope this helps.
Many thanks,
Zara
