Clearscore change from 705 to 740

I see clearscore changed their rating scale from 0-705 to 0-740 and only gave me 4 units I’m guessing to cover the difference which does not make sense to me because doesn’t the change literally mean my score dropped lower? I don’t think that’s fair. A literal 35 points is added and I’m given just 4 units meaning my score is now ****?!
