Clear score in the dark

How this company is in charge of our financial position is beyond me. I have contacted the company on twitter as there is no other way to get t heir attention. Informed them my profile is full of misinformation, from contact information to previous work history. Informed them that the whole profile is just wrong. They informed me that they get profile from Experian (just as useless). I have to look at their 0 credit score on a weekly basis with a feeling of helplessness.

Asked them why they cant use Transunion or compare the platforms as I continue to feel helpless.
