CLEAR SCORE - FIX MY QUERY - REPORT ***

A few weeks ago I submitted a query regarding incorrect information regarding ON AIR. I advised them that my balance is NIL, but I have received an updated report which STILL shows the incorrect amount. Please respond to clients who are raising issues!!
