Clear score

Dear hello Peter I've been under debt review for the past 6/7 years and I have paid every month of every year as agreed by debt review but clear score have shown that i have been paying late/missed according to them and of course that my score is zero.why are they not rectifying my accounts or scores since I am not paying them late.
