Clear score

Good day.

My score was well over 600 and in one day it went all the way down to zero. I've asked to get it looked into and yet not have any reply or feedback from you.

Can someone please get in contact with me as I have no judgements on my name. I've asked you plenty of times to please look into this and had have no assistance what so ever.

Please help me sort this out it's effecting my life in a negative way.
