Balance update

For a company that says they help you know you credit score and keep it updated, I’ve been having issues for weeks now where my score is never updated as well as my balance on the account I am paying. Trying to get these updated is a whole lot of work and getting through to the company is impossible, I have been raising disputes for weeks bow with no help and no response from the company. This is affecting me negatively I’m super annoyed right now. I have sent a number of emails, nothing seems to help
