Account settled

I have been in contact with you guys since last year. I paid the Fashion Express account in full on the 23/06/2020 and its closed but its still reflecting on my credit report as owing and I have different reference numbers form Experian advised my issue has been resolved but its not...i now do not know what to do because this is affecting my credit score.
