Zero communication. Zero care.

Authorisation by Discovery took 3 weeks (which is already very long). My car was then towed to CK Coachworks Express CBD and it has been with them for 2 weeks and they have not even processed the authorisation. They have not started any work. Every time I call it's the same story that they will chat to someone in the authorisations department. Really shocking at the complete lack of responsibility and care.
