Dear Management, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service I received from Danni and the overall handling of my vehicle repair at CK Coachworks. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided throughout this process. When my vehicle was first returned to me, it was evident that a proper quality inspection had not been conducted, as there were significant issues with the workmanship that required the vehicle to be returned for corrective repairs. After raising my concerns, Danni assured me that she would personally oversee the matter and hand the vehicle back to me once the repairs were completed. However, when I arrived to collect my vehicle for the second time, Danni was nowhere to be found, and no proper handover took place. In addition, no consideration or compensation was offered for the inconvenience, time, and frustration caused by having to return the vehicle due to substandard workmanship. As a customer, I expected a far higher level of professionalism, communication, and accountability. The entire experience has left me with very little confidence in CK Coachworks' quality control processes and customer service standards. What should have been a straightforward repair process became unnecessarily stressful due to poor workmanship and a lack of follow-through on commitments made. I request that this complaint be escalated to senior management for review and that I receive a response addressing the concerns raised above. I look forward to hearing from you.

Vehicle Repairs Unresolved Since November 2025 – CK Coachworks Tygerberg
I am extremely frustrated with CK Coachworks Tygerberg regarding my vehicle. My car went in for repairs in November 2025. After several follow-ups, I was advised it was ready for collection on 3 March 2026. I attended to collect the vehicle and settled the excess of R5 500. Despite this, the vehicle immediately failed upon collection and had to be returned to the workshop. I have received no substantive updates regarding the repairs, despite multiple emails and calls. Additionally, CK Coachworks has submitted an invoice to my insurer, Santam, even though they have not provided me with a clear update or resolution. I have been without my vehicle since November 2025 and am incurring ongoing costs for alternative transport. Service provider Lucian indicated that her manager would contact VW agents with updates and quotes, but no update has been received. I have been patient, but the continued lack of response is unacceptable.

Tygerberg Branch (Parow) Great service. Had a fix at the branch and I'm ultimately very happy with the overall experience working with the staff. I was constantly updated with proper updates and also called with explanations of the work being done, that was then followed up with written confirmation. Lucian the consultant was extremely helpful and really gave a sense of comfort and assured that the car would be done on time, she has provides excellent communication. I arrived to a clean car, ready. The QC guy explained everything as well and just very professional. Overall brilliant service.
