Very poor service

<p>Ck Coachworks told me that my car will be ready in two weeks I phoned after the second week they told me they still waiting for parts . I phoned a week later they told me they busy fixing the car the same week I phoned again then they told me they just waiting for the bumper . I phoned the following week they told me my car must just be sprayed and polished then it will be ready . I phoned again on Monday they told me they must just put in the hooter then they must polish the car . I phoned again yday they said my car will be ready today . I phoned them this morning they said it will be done at four I phoned at four they said my care failed the quality check I asked what's the reason and the lady told me she doesn't work in the work shop she won't be able to tell me . Iv been waiting all this time and not once did they phone me to tell me anything I had to phone them all the time . I'm not happy with the service I have been given and I'm not happy as customer.</p>
