Vehicle damaged at panel shop.

I am very disappointed and angry about the poor service received from CK Coachworks Tygerberg...first of all they return my vehicle incomplete with missing parts. And with a huge stretch dent on the door side of which they **** said it was handed to them like that. Secondly, I found that my car was used for spare parts, where I found that bonnet spray washers were missing, and mirror adjuster was broken without any explanation-and after I reported to my insurer the manager Shaun L is been promising me to fix it very urgently since 21 June 2023 until today...
