Unprofessional & Pathetic Service

I would like to lodge an official complaint against CK Coachworks Gardens( the contractors that YOUI sent our car to). Our car was booked in on 18/03/19 ( ********** 68), we were told it would be ready in a week, after a week we were told they are awaiting parts from Germany. After another week car was still not ready & please note we were calling regularly to check up on the car. On 05/04/19, 3 weeks after dropping car off, we were told the car is ready & they would only release it once access fee was paid. Amount paid immediately & car was delivered, the job was pathetically done, dripping paint, not sprayed correct colour, bumper was not aligned & we have pictures to prove this. Needless to say YOUI was not helpful nor were the guys at CK Coachworks willing to take the car back & sort it out. Eventually car was taken back to panel beaters to redo but excuse upon excuse was given, my husband had to take off work to go to the panel beaters to discuss further & was yet again told the car will be ready in a week, so this was the story for the whole of April. Last week we were told the car would be ready by Friday 03/05/19, then we were told this Friday 10/05/19 & yesterday we were told it should be ready by Monday or Tuesday next week. Do you have any idea of the inconvenience that you have put us through in the last 2 & a half months, the expense we have incurred using Uber & cell phone costs? I’m sick of hearing I’m sorry & that you understand my frustration, cause in all honesty you don’t! Just because we have been patient all this time, it does not give you the right to take advantage of us. In short never ever take your vehicle to CK Coach works for repairs even if your insurer advises you, because the service is pathetic and we will never recommend this panel shop but rather stay away from a world of excuses........
