From when I sent my initial email with a quotation on a 3rd party claim in December 2024, the team was prompt in their responses and very friendly. The assessment in January 2025 was informative as they took me through the whole process, what would need to be done and the timelines for the repairs to be completed. Leaving my brand-new car, as a first-time claimant was abit daunting, but they made me comfortable and that me vehicle was in good hands.
