Shoddy quality, terrible service

I was in a minor car accident, and CK Coachworks Retreat received the vehicle. It has been over 2 weeks, and both on Coachworks and Old Mutual there has been zero ability to communicate with each other and actually approve my claim or fix the vehicle. My husband then also informed me that his car was fixed with inferior parts from Coachworks (which are now rusting), and they never responded to his request to fix it. Absolutely shocking
