Poor service with ZERO feedback

<p>I am hugely dissapointed with Outsurance who approved my Insurance claim on my car and send me to CK Coachwork in Tokai, Cape Town. Firstly Outsurance couldn't/didn't want me to take my car to a place in the Paarl surroundings. I was forced by Outsurance to use CK Coachworks.</p> <p>CK Coachworks fetched my car on the 6th of June for repairs. It is the 18th of June and I still have not received my car back. I have phoned Illana (service agent at CK Coachworks) multiple times but she is NEVER available and also do not return calls. I eventually got information from Outsurance that CK Coachworks are waiting for additional parts that they didn't know off before the time but that they will phone me on Wednesday afternoon (15th) to arrange for my car to be returned. I am still waiting ..... I eventually phoned on friday (17th) and was able to speak to Howard who told me that they will not return my car as it is a safety issue for them and that I will have to wait until the 25th of July (that is when they expect the mirror). HOW CAN ANYBODY expect me to go without a car for 1.5 months???? They are also not willing to provide me with another car for the duration.</p> <p>This is really Horrible, horrible service! Both from Outsurance and CK Coachworks!!! Howard told me that he will phone me back on friday afternoon .... YET again ... NO phone call and I am still in the dark and without transport.</p> <p>I will not promote Outsurance or CK Coachworks to ANYONE.</p>
