NEVER AGAIN

<p>Never EVER take your car to CK Coachworks/ Coachworks Express for panel-beating works.</p> <p>I went to the one in Gardens – although I hear the Tokai branch is just as bad.</p> <p>They kept my car for 6 WEEKS and **** to me about working on it.</p> <p>I called repeatedly to ask what was going on and, if I could get hold of someone, they would never give me a straight answer.</p> <p>After 6 weeks and 10 000 phone-calls they told me they couldn’t find the lock nut to open the mechanical side of the car.</p> <p>This is AFTER they have quoted me AND been paid.</p> <p>Please note – THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY COULDN’T FIND IT.</p> <p>They promised it would be done by that weekend and then called back to say they had found more issues so it wouldn’t be ready.</p> <p>They promised to keep me updated.</p> <p>I heard NOTHING. For 3 DAYS.</p> <p>Eventually after calling 3 times a day for 3 days I got it back.</p> <p>It was FILTHY.</p> <p>They proceeded to tell me there was one more part on back order but they would call me when it came in and it would take half an hour to fix.</p> <p>After a week and a half of hearing NOTHING I called again. They lady said she had called me but I had no record of that on my phone. No call, no message.</p> <p>I arranged to bring it in at 7:30 this morning and have a coffee for the “half an hour” it would take to fix.</p> <p>At 9am I get a call…there is something slightly tricky about the procedure…can they bring the car to me when it’s ready.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just got my car back it is not 12:30pm.</p>
