Lack of service and comnnunication

<p>I am currently receiving horrible service from Ck the initial report to my insurer discovery was not done thoroughly now there a delay and .they have my car for more than a month and my 30 day rental expired .I'm left stranded no means of getting to work.as my insurer discovery denied extension saying not their fault.we phone them to get feedback but Ilana the lady dealing with car is never available to give feedback, u get put on hold and transferred but never make contact.I'm disgusted .I still don't have date as when I will get my car.</p>
