Lack of customer service

After our vehicle was repaired, which also involved some electrical resets, i.e. automatic windows etc., some electronics were not working properly. I reported this immediately. It has been 1 month since I got the vehicle back and the issue has still not been sorted. It is something minor, but the staff is not even competent enough to actually check what it is, listen to my complaint and get it repaired.
