Disgusting service from CK. Coachworks

This waist of time company with its lot of incompetant staff namely CK Coachworks out in 18 Lilly road Steenberg indusria recieved my vehicle on the 8th October 2018 & I went to see them on the 9th Oct. I was then told that a Lady by the name Shaheema will contact me the next day which would be 10th Oct. After not recieving a call from her I went to see this Lady on the 11th Oct. Shaheema then told me that the vehicle was stripped apart & they have recieved the parts from the Insurance Company (King Price) but it was discovered that there are additional parts needed & that she has forwarded an additional parts list via e-mail to the Insurer. Shaheema also told me that the parts should arive by Tuesday 16th Oct. After recieving no feedback or updates from this Lady Shaheema who Promised me that she would keep me updated, I contacted her on 18th Oct. Just to get told that she never heared anything from King Price & that she would give them a call & let me know what their response is but once again did not get back to me. I then called CK. Coachworks offices on 19th Oct & asked to speak to Mangement, I then got put through to a man by the name of Blacky who promised to get to the bottom of the issue & sort the situation out, He also told me he would contact the parts department of King Price who supplies the parts. I also called King price & also complained to them & also insisted on speaking to Management but was assisted by a lady by name Saamil who had her manager also confirm that the parts had been sent to CK. Coachworks. I then called Blacky again to confirm the parts has been recieved, He then confirmed that all the parts needed to complete my car was recieved and also told me that Saamil & her Manager spoke to him & that he has confirmed reciept of parts with them aswell. Monday morning the 22nd Oct. I recieced a call from King Price Insurers (Saamil) to inform me that she has contacted CK. Coachworks to reconfirm that they do have all the parts to complete the job, confirmation was given twice on this day to Saamil & her manager who both gave me a call to confirm & also to give me a date of completion which was recieved from CK. Coachworks which was 26/10/2018. I was then also called by Shaheema from CK. Coachworks on the 22nd Oct. at 17H17 which is after closing time as they close at 17H00 to inform me that there is still a part needed, after I recieved two confirmation calls early that morning. I was so Furious that I ended up sending e-mails to five different people involved with this Insurance Claim. Dorus of CK. Coachworks was one of the people I sent an e-mail to who in turn gave me a call on the morning of Tuesday 23rd Oct., after explaining my situation to him, he assured me he would work something out for me. I was then phoned by Shaheema to be told they have a courtesy vehicle for me that I could use. I then called CK. Coachworks on 26th Oct. to find out whats happening, Dorus then told me that assembly has begun & he would give me feedback asap in the next week. He then called me on Tuesday 30th Oct. to let me know about another part that is needed & that it shoul arive on 31st Oct. and I could get my car back on the 1st November 2018. I then waited for their call on the 1st Nov. but did'nt again recieve a call or any feedback so I went to their workshop just to be shown my car that was'nt complete, I was then assured once again that I can get it on 2nd Nov as he Dorus will have them work late to finish my vehicle. Today is the 2nd November 2018 I had to phone their offices again because they did'nt produce or even have the decency to give me a call & inform me that the vehicle is not complete. These people are not capable of rendering a decent service because they are very unprofessional and it seems they also dont know how to do their jobs due to the fact that I had to call them every time for feedback & then call the Insurance company myself to get the ball rolling. Plelasle people if U need body repair work done on yoir vehicle avoid CK. Coachworks at all costs.
