CK Coachworks WORSE Auto bodyshop in the western Cape !!!!!

<p>Having been in an accident in June 2016 I am still awaiting the company to supply parts that were apparently on order but then the order was cancelled without them informing me. No correspondence from anybody at the company to inform me that ' an inefficient staff member' had cancelled the order. Since the beginning of December i have been trying to get hold of the manager , Sean, who either lies or ignores my calls although i have been phoning his mobile and his office numerous times daily . CK Coachworks has been settled by the insurance company and i had to pay my excess in full. I finally phoned Renault to enquire if , in fact, the parts required are indeed only availble from overseas. According to Renault the parts are locally available and as recent as 29 November 2016 they have supp**** a client with the exact same part which CK Coachwords claim is only available from overseas. Also, apparently CK Coachworks will need ONE WEEK to install the part while Renault tells me the job will take them 2-3 hours. CK Coachworks is the most unreliable, inefficient, and biggest ***** to customers and management refuses to respond to client calls . What ever you need done to your vehicle, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF CK COACHWORKS. My experiences has been with the Cape Town city branch</p>
