After having a taxi reverse into my vehicle then dash off I was very shocked. A CK Cooachworks tow truck driver calmed me down and contacted his manager, Dorus Knoop, who reassured me that they would collect the vehicle right away and take it to the workshop. While at the workshop, I received immediate feedback on the vehicle, and I have to praise the customer relationship team for keeping me up to date on a daily basis, be it a telephone call or a WhatsApp. I've since received my vehicle, and it drives like a dream.
