Bad service

Ck coach works is the worst my car has been with for almost 3 months now. I’m the one who keeps on calling them and I’m not getting a straight answer as to when my car will be ready. Every time when I call they say I will be ready tomorrow we still waiting for parts to arrive, they “arrived” last week and they assured me it will be ready the following day. Following day it’s still in the polishing and repair bay it will be ready tomorrow, still my car is not ready now they telling me it is with a vw authorised company they checking if everything is ok. I ask where is it and can I have their number so I can call myself because I’ve been patient for far too long, only for the lady to tell me that she doesn’t know where it is they deal with a lot of vw companies but she doesn’t know where the driver took it. Now this is really crazy I mean will I ever get my car back because no one seems to know anything there when I ask them. Their service is ridiculous!!!
