Bad service

My car was send to ck coachwork nearly two months ago for repair via my insurance MI way. Firstly I had to do all the calling for a week no one there could give me any feed back on the progress of my car because they are too and short staffed and the guy that was busy my car was off sick for a week . Every time I called it was another story . ALl I want to know was when I'm getting my car and no one could answer me. I finally received the car back on the 19 November my accident took accident 17 October . When receiving the car I noted immediately the colour difference the bumper that was not lined up correctly the tyres was full of paint it was not cleaned up nicely. The hatch that was replaced couldn't close properly the finishing was not done very nice . It's seemed as thou even after having the car for nearly a month it looked as if it was a very rushed job as if it was all done that same day the paint was still wet.... I call them to take the car back and demanded a curtsey car from them which I received and very grateful for . It's now nearly another month not a fone call from them to apologise nothing got a sms to say the car is being sprayed again... And that is. No communication from any one not a manger not the guy that was in charge of over seeing him my car No one bother to call me from both my insurance Miway or ck coachwork yes I have a curtesy car from them but is the service one should receive. Not happy at all with CK coachwork or Miway and am expected to keeping pay for something I don't have......
