Bad Service

Terrible service- 3 times telephonically confirmed that the required part for the repair was at their premises. Drive there take 40 mins to do paperwork hand over the key only to be called while almost home again that they DO NOT HAVE THE PART. The part will only be there in another months' time. What a waste of my time. Maybe a blessing in disguise because if the service to do a booking is such a joke, I would definitely not want them working on my car.
