Bad , pathetic ,*********** , disgusting , low class , poor service

Pathetic , disgusting and *********** company and service i have received in my life . Please stay away from this place if you are are looking for good referrals . You are only going to waste your time and money dealing with these people .Here is my story and i will be parading it on various social media platforms where CK Coachworks pages are and then file a complaint at RMI as well if that will help . So I was involved in an accident last year on the 14th December 2018 . Golf 5 gti 2007 model . So the car arrived their sometime in January 2019 and i was advised that their workers will most likely report to duty from the 14th January onwards due to breaking up over the festive season. Several weeks went by and i received no update from insurance provider King Price and CK Coachworks. After continuous phone calls to CK Coachworks it was advised everytime all the time that they are awaiting parts . I received sms text on the 17th January indicating that they are awaiting parts from the my insurance . Next update was on 24th January indicating that my car is currently in the paint preparation department . Next update again was on 5th February indicating the vehicle is currently being assembled and will be washed and quality checked . Now this where they messed up . I received a call advising that my car will need to go for wheel allignment and i will receive call when ready for collection . I received a call on 7th February from Donovan a manager at CK Coachworks at the time informing me that they had an accident with my car damaging the bonnet and windscreen . He advised that they will replace parts as it was their fault , i kept my cool and helf my nerve as i was really ****ed . My next update was on 12 February again informing me my in currently in line for painting . Once painted it will go for polishing again . Next update was on the 14th Feb more or less the same story ,car is being polished and will move to assembly bay . Next update was on 19th Feb car is currently being washed and quality checked . Once passed QC , you will receive a call to collect . While this is all taking place i was updated via email on Audatex repair status . Incorrect pictures of the car was uploaded , not the affected area where work was done on . They updated me rather with opposite side of affected area and back side of the car . I eventually received a call in either end of Feb or begin March car is ready for collection . On the day of collecting car they fitted wrong part on the car, left fog light grill was not the same as the left side , i said im not happy with it . Waited two weeks for that part to be replaced . Received the call to come collect and was so damn excited and tired of delays i signd off paper work and paid an excess of R8000. Went from CK Coachworks to work etc etc got home only to see that the electric window on rear right side is working in reverse and vice versa , when you press up all the windows go up and the right back window goes down . i opened the bonnet an it nearly fell on me as the hy****ic latch that keeps up is broken. The very next day i called in to speak to Donovan about everything that has happened as i was more than patient and to lenient on them only to find out the guy has resigned . A worker named Salliem assisted me with resolving those faults . Im still awaiting another part from them for several weeks now and no update . There is clicking clucking rattling sound coming from the affected area as well . It seems when i paid the R8000 and now they just dont care . I did speak to Shaun the new manager their after calling on 26th March and advise he will follow up ,its going in for April almost and still no joy . I am so sick and tired of dealing with this place , so be warned about CK Coachworks Tygerberg . I will post everyday all day as much as possible to get this issue resolved . I have called today 29 March 2019 and Shawn is not in the office lol .
