CK Car Hire

I made use of CK Car Hire for a month. When I got the car it was dirty and only had a quater tank of petrol.The car struggled to start and I reported it to them but nothing was done as the car still start after a few attempts, but then it refused to start the one day. I reported the problem and only 4 days later did they send a new car They took the old car with half a tank of petrol and left another car with almost empry tank again. Then when I retuned the car I had the car professionally cleaned for them and with a half a tank of petrol again. I had to make multiple phone calls to get my deposit back. And only got the dep after 22 days. They ignore your phone calls. Then they took R290 for admin fees off the deposit (not the money that bothers me but the principle) When I phoned the owner he svceamed at me and told me I am a **** and told me to f...off . I was speechless Very very poor service. I sent him photos of the car He never even looked at
