Worst service, staff and agency ever!!!

If I could rate them minus 0 I would honestly! This is the worst agency ever. Some of the security personnel are rude and unprofessional. When you arrive at the Franks place reception the day shift sit securities sit and talk on the phone while completely ignoring tenants and visitors

Lisinda and Kgaugelo at the marshaltown office have the biggest attitudes I have ever seen. I have reported so many issues in my unit and all she does is give an attitude and dismiss me. The units are ****roach infested, there is constantly no water but the statement comes back saying you've consumed thousand of rands worth of water. The elevators are never working, we have to climb up and down the stairs while expected to pay the full rental amount.

When you report something to Andries the building manager he takes months to get back to you or he just blueticks and ignores your complaints, you escalate to City property marshaltown office and Lisinda does exactly the same.

I am disappointed by the service I have received during my stay at Franks place and in all honestly I want out!!! I cannot see myself staying here a day longer. I have been charged monies that no one can explain where I've just been told 'apologies you were charged this amount by accident' How do such accidents happen? Unfortunately if you don't pay attention to detail this company will milk you for every penny you have. They are ****** and ****mers!!!

Worst company ever, I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.
