WORST SERVICE EVER

It very pathetic and dissatisfied the service so far i got from one of the agents her name called Odirile Moteane she was assisting me on contract to open a bachelor. On the form i filled it was noted i will be living with my wife which i noted her details clearly, she called yesterday morning to request for copy of her ID as occupant and she used language such as we will need your so called wife or girl friend ID to be send to us to proceed my application as she is an occupant. i took it likely not to be rude at the moment i was wife my wife. Today my request has been approved and she called me to inform me about the R950 fees needed to be deposited with 24 hours to secure the bachelor, he spoke to me rudely as if am asking her for help telling to to listen to her i must get the money paid else the bachelor will be open for someone else to take even trying to tell her am a salary earner get paid monthly she shut me down totally. I still dont understand such kind of service never professional, i choose city property due to cleanliness and prompt response
