Worst decision

I need my account to be closed and updated as I do not owe anyone R24 this is affecting my credit score, on all score providers you guys are appearing and when I complain I received an email that I need to take this up with my credit score providers I was told by Rachel :( what nonsense is that, in my entire life I have never heard that. I took the account with you guys and you guys should update my account status and it should show as closed.

Can y’all do what is right and stop calling me And communicate via emails. I regret ever staying in riccis place , using city property.
