Worst customer service

City property has the worst customer service I've ever come across I have been living in Barclay Square for 4 years and have always paid the rent on time, today they came to lock up my flat due to the fact that R1000 was outstanding. They never informed me that the there was any outstanding amount absolutely shocking how you treat loyal tenants we always pay on time disgusting service but for city property to come fix our windows that was damage by hail months ago they can't fix even though we have reported to them and the caretaker I should go down and lock their office till they fix our windows and sink bad bad service
