Where is my Refund on Deposit
So instead of paying me, back my refund of my Deposit City Property is telling me I owe the R541, where is refund, I gave you enough notice as per contract.....

As per your lease agreement, when you cancel your lease while still in the lease period of 12 months, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee which is equal to one month's rental, there are no calculations involved in determining the cancellation fee.
I see in the notes on our system that the customer service agent who assisted you did explain this to you when you submitted your notice of cancellation on 27 February to vacate 31 March 2020.
Further deductions was for water and sewerage charges for the period 25 January - 31 March 2020. According to Christina she emailed you all the details you requested. To ensure our transparency I will email you your tenant transaction report again, showing you all charges raised and payments made to your account.
