What is being fumigated??? /Overall poor service

On Thursday the 22nd of January 2016, I left my key with the security guard for access to my unit by the fumigators. To my surprise, it didn't look like anything had been done when I got back from work on Friday. There were still roaches roaming around as per usual, I resorted to the usual- getting rid of them with the insect killers which I always have. Also, when I moved in back in 2013, the carpet had not been cleaned and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was faulty. I was promised that these would be sorted shortly after I had moved in, this never happened. The carpeted was \allegedly"cleaned in December 2016 after I had pushed for it to be done"
