Water Indecent - Castle Mansions Jhb

We had a water leakage from the flat above us, I totally understand that the event was unfortunate and might have been a mistake by our fellow building mate but how city property is handling this is disgraceful.The leakage on the flat above us damaged our electrical supply meaning no lights, plus, stove nor geyser. The ceiling is tripping in some parts and the carpet is wet in some points too...., The electricity is back on not because someone was send to assess and fix but because of hope.

As to this point the building manager has not reported anything to me, it should be common sense for people of his occupation for him to atleast call me to inform me of the Incident, so i can try and minimize the damages as it happens. VERY ANGRY WITH ALL THIS.

Can I get the service that my rent pays for....
