VERY BAD AND ANNOYING

City property is just one big mass of a letting agency.Ever since we moved to that place The ARK Building in the corner of Ntemi Philiso Street in Johannesburg.Ever since we came into that place we have been complaining of one thing every month.They FAIL to pay their municipal charges on time and we are always the ones affected. every end of the month just immediately after monthend the same thing happens..we will have to go without electricity every month for three to four days. this is starting to be annoying.They are just a bunch of selfish people.They do not even have the audacity to apologise.Im just tired of that place,and I would not recommend it to anyone. THEY ANNOYING CROOCKS.
