Useless. Don't give a damn
2nd Day NO hot water. USELESS and PATHETIC . Still we expected to pay full rent and buy our own electricity. City Property DON'T GIVE A DAMN about tenants. As long they get building full after that to hell with tenants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
