Unproffesonal Business thinking they have powers

Dear all City Property Tenants<br> <br> Please be advised that I was once a tenant of City Property flat at the building called Tali's place situated at cnr Albertina sisulu & Nugget street in Johannesburg CBD. I signed a 1 year lease agreement with them commenced 01 Dec 2013 to 30 Nov 2014, when I was about to vacate their building end of Jan 2015, I was shocked to find out that a care taker by the name of Colleen forged my signature as per of the renewal lease.<br> <br> I fought with them until I was told I have breached the contract since my notice was 16 days instead of 20 days but I was moving to the same building just a different unit number. I was charged R1600 as a penalty but how can you charge one if there was contract in place.<br> <br> Today I have learned how cruel the city property the business is, property was for two people which it was myself & the twin brother. I requested a credit report today from transunion, only to find out that I am listed under default but my twin brother was not listed & was part of the complications. Consistency is not there as they are unprofessional, happy to get tenants money but service is poor. I am going to log a dispute & open a case right away.
