Unhappy tenants

I dint know if city property will take this matter serious or not coz it seems like they don't care about their tenants but money only. Am staying at Alecs place 321 Bosman street. The problem i have is that all the 3 security in this building are busy inferring in my life to such extent that o even ended up fighting with my partner. They are taking videos of me in the building, and taking bribe money from someone so they can interfere in my life. I am even taking a decision to even move out . I hope this will be taken serious.
