Unhappy tenant-billing issue

I would like to express a sense of disappointment with regards to they way my matter was handled and the lack of service given.

Firstly how does one get billed when there was no feedback given regarding the fault I had raised. Yes I agree I was called to be notified about the electrician sent, but since they were aware that it was difficult for them to reach me on my phone, why was I not notified on email or even get a detailed voicemail of the feedback from the electrician on what was checked and was discovered. That is what would be good customer service by making means to notify the loyal customer whose never late on payment of the feedback. Why would anyone be happy to get billed before full notification of what was picked up????????? Why should one be charged R740 just for a call out fee?????? What is so special about these electricians, that we have to pay them so much for not fixing anything?????? If we not allowed to get our own electricians, which assurance is there, that they are indeed doing a proper job, when we not present when all this is done?????? Shouldn't the caretaker be the one to come and check what is happening FIRST before a call is logged, you raise the issue with the caretaker and they just tell you to log a call, shouldn't he have checked first???? Was there ever going to be a need to log a call in the first place. What is really the duty of the caretaker in the first place????????? If a tenant is not happy with something, as much as it might be an issue that's simple to understand to the caretaker, but it is the duty of the caretaker to make me understand, you cannot be impatient and not keen to help, yet you chose a job that makes you interact with people, have to be friendly and pro-active in.

I am unhappy tenant with the way things are done and handled. We work hard daily for our money, and our monies should be respected at all times. I humbly request that the amount I was charged for an electrician who did nothing and a job that could have been dealt by with the caretaker firstly to be revised. I have been staying at Ricci's since 2013 with no hassles nor missed payments. I would have been glad to be pay if something was fixed or the caretaker came to check first. Kindly contact me as well so this can be resolved before I make payment of my rent this month.
