Unfair termination of lease

I am a resident at Centre Place (Pta Central),a city property building.On the 12th of August at around midnight I had people coming to fetch me and were waiting outside the building.After I made my way out of the building one of the tenants who I happen to know came out after me and started insulting my friends and that led into a fight which resulted in him bleeding on the foyer.A few days later I received an evection letter requesting me to leave the premises by the 18th of September 2017.The reason was that my visitors are uncontrollable and got into a fight but I never signed anyone in that night and the fight took place outside the property. I tried appealing the termination of my lease but my efforts failed.I even write an apology letter to Cindy Bekker,the property manager who was very rude and ****** towards me.Furthermore I asked the guy who was assaulted by my friends to go clear my name beacause everything on the termination letter was blunt lies and there was no security report attached. Apparently my termination was supposed to be reversed so I was told on Wednesday by the building manager,he later told me that the termination won't be reversed anymore because of a recent noise complain in my apartment which took place last week Friday night. These people have never given me any warnings before so I fail to understand how they can evict me with a single misconduct which is not *******.
