4 Months after vacating the Ricci's Place flat 804, i received an email from Rachel (Credit Controller) saying i had to pay an outstanding amount of R701 for a broken double plug.

Mind you, the inspection was made and the manager told me that everything was okay i was going to be charged only for cleaning because the room was a mess. i said i would clean the room and take no charges. after cleaning i called the manager to come do the inspection but he was no where to be found. i later tried, got hold of him and he said he was out of town "i will call you monday if there is something wrong" he never did. Now i'm informed that he did another inspection on his own and charged me for a broken plug, mind you i did not even sign off the final inspection and i am only informed about this after 4 months
