Unacceptable

Indeed an amount of R3850 for replacing capert and R691 for fixing two solid plate for unit 520 talis place was charged on the current statement for unit 1709. How can city property includes on the statement amount that were not signed for when moving out of the unit. Worse unit was vacated on the 31st of Jan 2015 and amount appeas on the satement for April 2015. Is this a way of being bossy or way of treating customers? I will move out for good on their building as soon as possible and I must not be told that I'm breaching the contract. Who can stand for this nightmare
