The worst service you will ever receive

I have NEVER in my life received such horrible service. I called in to have something explained to me , instead I was interrupted and pretty much shouted at. It is not the first time Phumzile Phiri ,a woman who works for the company shouts in my ear and interrupts me, when I enquire about the same issue because she still has not solved it, let alone explained it properly. Today she had the audacity to say " You always do this" to a client. I am not her friend , I am a paying client. This company does not value service, nor its clients at all.
